Flip Flop Therapy provides spectacular views of the sun as it rises out of the ocean and also the explosions of color as the sun slowly sets into the waters of the Back Bay wildlife preserve. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or just kick back with a favorite book.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything the gourmet chef might need, including granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances and a new Keurig machine so you can enjoy a great cup of coffee on the balcony every morning. Be sure to stop and pick up some local sea food for an outstanding dining experience.
The upper Master Suite encompasses the entire second floor and offers a comfortable King bed, 65" wall mounted TV, and plenty of closet space. The private bath provides a Jetted tub, glass enclosed shower, granite vanity and tile floor. The Master Suite has a private balcony for a quiet evening cocktail or just a relaxing get-a-way after a fun day at the beach.
In downstairs Master Bedroom you’ll find a large queen bed, 55” wall mounted TV, plenty of closet space and just steps away from the full bath. This master bedroom has large windows that allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
Bedroom 3 has a queen sleeper plus a twin/twin bunk set which is perfect for the kids. There is a 48” wall mounted TV and an attached full bath for everyone’s convenience.

What a fantastic experience! Flip Flop Therapy has spacious, comfortable accomodations with beautiful views! This condo has all that you need for a fabulous vacation. We went to Baja for dinner and delicious variety of food and right across the street. Doesn't get much better than that! Would highly recommend Flip Flop Therapy for a relaxing, fun and memorable vacation!
Condo is nicely decorated, all TV's were wall mounted and did not take up space. Balconies are great and the Polywood outdoor furniture was comfortable just to kick back and enjoy the view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware, cooking utensils, plates, saucers, and glasses. The front door is 15 steps from the elevator and the covered parking space is 25 feet from the elevator. The beach access is less than 100 yards and the beach was pristine, even though it was a little chilly. With 2 balconies we had some extra time to ourselves, while the other couple could relax on the other balcony. The refrigerator was large enough for all the supplies we needed and the ice dispenser is very large. We enjoyed our stay...
