Gas fireplace, 2 covered pool cabanas, outside bar with refrigerator, TV, couches, hot tub, game room with pool table, foosball, and darts. Three full refrigerators at this house! Gas grill on deck. In-ground salt-water pool with pool furniture and tropical palm trees. Quiet end of Sandbridge with great beach access. Each room of the house has a special theme, beautifully decorated - a must see!
CAC, CCTV including two Smart Tv's, 1 65" in living room, 1 55" in Master Bedroom, and flat screen TV's in other rooms and game room, VCR/DVD, internet. No smoking, No Pets. The cabana and pool house are only available during pool season May 1 thru 10/8. 4th bathroom is in the pool cabana. Fireplace for off-season use only October-May. Corn Hole Game available for outside fun as well as two adult bicycles for your enjoyment! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING.

6 of us stayed at the Conch Out property from 8/3 to 8/10 2019. It was my wife and I, our two adult (30'ish) children and each of their significant others. I would say our visit exceeded expectations. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was well equipped with appliances, pots/pans, utensils, and plates/cups/glasses. The common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen bar stools) were comfortable and promoted lots of interaction. We used the pool and cabana, deck and grill, and hot tub frequently. It was wonderfully quiet with little traffic during the day and peaceful at night., It was a short walk to the beach. Property was equipped with beach gear and an excellent wagon for transporting the gear.
This was a beautiful home that was very well equipped. It was cozy and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the cabana was a lovely place to read a book and cool off from the hot sun. We would definitely rent this house again.
